Createasphere provides cusomized private training for broadcast, production and entertainment companies making the transition to future technologies or desiring instruction on the assimilation of technology. These seminars are designed by Createasphere and tailored to fit each company's goals, knowledge level and demographics. The seminars can be conducted on the company's site or at an Createasphere location.

ICG Custom Workshops

Createasphere has partnered with the International Cinematographers Guild to create a series of two-day workshops on digital data handling.

Seeing a need to train union film loaders and other technicians in current digital on-set workflow, the Guild has offered this class to all ICG members, with a focus on film loaders, data handlers, camera assistants, and digital imaging technicians. The class is designed to establish best practices, acceptable practices, and unacceptable practices for managing digital camera data on-set.

The union attendees learn the hardware, software, and workflow for many of the current formats, including P2, RED, and SxS. The class has hours of hands-on practice, and students are guided through the process of download, deliver, and archive.

Workshops have been held in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. The class is open to ICG Local 600 members only. Read the Article
