WHAT: HD EXPO, The Southwest Film & Television (SWAFT) Conference and The Entertainment Expo
HD EXPO is a bi-annual gathering of industry leaders working towards the ongoing development and expansion of high definition technology throughout all industries. HD EXPO enables attendees to share technology, network and engage in hands-on educational opportunities. HD EXPO will produce both the high definition portions of The Entertainment Expo and SWAFT, which run simultaneously and provide attendees with the opportunity to experience HD first hand in the HD EXPO High Definition Theater where panels, speakers and HD screenings will take place.

The goal is to expand acceptance and understanding of the HD format in production and broadcast.
