InterVideo 3D #604
Portable Lite Weight 3D Rig
The Inter Video 3D "3D lite" beam splitter 3D Rig has a minimum footprint of 16" by 16" by 10" tall and a weight as low as 18 Lbs. with cameras. The "3D lite" is rigid enough for crane, steadicam, and driving shots. It's horizontal geometry solves the "rolling shutter" problem encountered in a number of digital cinema cameras. The adjustments can be motorized and symmetrical if desired. The inter ocular adjustment goes from "0" to 4". Convergence is adjustable. Most of the adjustments can be made without dismounting the cameras including cleaning the beamsplitter with out removing it.

As members of the production and post-production communities, we are in a period of tremendous flux. While there have been major shifts in our industry – film -> tape, linear -> non-linear, film -> data, etc. – new acquisition methods are bringing with them an entirely new set of challenges. Along with those challenges is the rare opportunity to take apart and rebuild the models that have existed for many years in a new and better light. More
Come see ASSIMILATE deliver a presentation showing you what post-production could and should look like, and a sneak-peek at what we and our partners are doing to make it happen.
