Show Hours: Thursday, February 18th – 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Innovative and compelling Intensive Workshops, exhibits and a hosted reception will all be part of the activities at ETE. Visit our website and download the Online Show Guide to assist you in planning your day.

Doors will open promptly at 11:00 AM. Registration will open at 10:00 AM.

REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup/Speedbadge" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

INTENSIVES: If you registered for one of our Intensive Workshops you can view special instructions here. A few seats still remain for these FREE Intensive Workshops, click here to update your workshop selections.

The Entertainment Technology Expo is located in the ballroom of the hotel. Event signage will be clearly displayed in the lobby and throughout the hotel to help guide you to these locations.

PARKING: Parking at the Universal Hilton is on a first come-first serve basis, at a $10 daily flat rate for self-parking and $18 for valet service. Make sure to get your parking ticket validated at registration for this special rate.

EVENING RECEPTION: The reception begins at 4:00PM in the ballroom. Hosted drink tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis at registration starting at 3:00pm.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
