Ki ProAJA's new award-winning Ki Pro is a portable tapeless device that records files to the Apple ProRes 422 codec directly from camera, connecting production and post. Virtually any video/audio source can be fed into Ki Pro to record pristine 10-bit ProRes 422 media, immediately available for editing within Apple’s Final Cut Studio. Ki Pro allows filmmakers, broadcasters and video professionals to skip the process of re-rendering to an editing codec by creating edit-ready ProRes 422 files directly from camera. Ki Pro records hours of media to a removable storage module with built in FireWire 800 or to 34mm ExpressCard Flash. The device is a small, portable unit that can sit on a table, in a bay or mounted between a camera and tripod. FUJINON EXPANDS CINEMA LENS FAMILY WITH FOUR NEW PL MOUNT ZOOMS
Fujinon will introduce four new PL Mount Zoom Lenses at HD Expo Chicago.  The first lens, slated for delivery in June 2009, is the 18-85mm T2.0   Three additional zoom lenses in the series have an anticipated delivery of December 2009:  14.5-45mm T2.0;  24-180mm T2.6; and 75-400mm T2.8 - T4.0.

FujinonThe PL Series has an advanced optics design to maximize image capture capabilities of current and emerging 35mm digital and film motion picture cameras.
