Doors will open promptly at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 11th. Registration will open at 10:30 AM.

REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: We will open registration at 10:30 AM on Thursday, June 11th. For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup/Speedbadge" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

INTENSIVES: If you registered for one of our INTENSIVES you can view special instructions here.

INVITE A FRIEND: If you have any colleagues that would like to attend, they can register online for FREE until June10th at 5:00 PM CST. Online registration will then be available for $125 at the door. Click here to invite a friend.

The Lakeview Terrace is on the second floor off of Entrance #2, Lobby 3 towards the east end of Navy Pier. If traveling by taxi, ask to be dropped off in Entrance #2 at the end of the pier. If driving, park in the east garage and follow the signs to the Lakeview Terrace.

PARKING: Parking at Navy Pier is on a first come, first serve basis. Parking rates for Navy Pier are $16 per day. Navy Pier has extended the discounted parking rate of $16 to all HD EXPO participants. Discounted Parking Vouchers will be distributed at registration.

JUNE 11th EVENING RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO Evening Reception is sponsored by Sponsored by AJA Video Systems Inc. and The Chicago Convergence.

The reception will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, offering hosted drinks and snacks. Hosted drink will be distributed to attendees at badge pickup and registration on a first come, first serve basis. HD EXPO is an adult event. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
