On Wednesday, November 3rd doors will open promptly at 1:00 PM. Registration will open at 12:00 PM.

On Thursday, November 4th, doors will open 11:00 AM. Registration will open at 10:00 AM.

REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup/Speedbadge" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

INTENSIVES: If you registered for one of our Intensives you can view special instructions here.

WORKSHOPS: A few seats are still available for the Post Production Master Class on November 5-6 and the 3D Production Workshop on November 5-6.

LOCATION: Burbank Airport Marriott Hotel – 2500 Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505.
The EXPO is located in the Convention Center attached to the hotel. The Main Theater will be held in the City Ballroom (Hollywood, Glendale, and Pasadena Room) located in hotel next to the lobby. Intensive Theater #1 will be in the Burbank Room also located in the hotel next to the lobby. Event signage will be clearly displayed in the lobby and throughout the hotel to help guide you to these locations.

Hotel parking is on a first-come / first-serve basis. If the Marriott parking facility is full, EXPO participants will be directed to the overflow lot three blocks from the Marriott.  A complimentary shuttle will be available.

The parking fee for the overflow lot is a flat $10.00 rate paid by cash in advance at the gate.
You can also park at the Airport Parking Economy Lots conveniently located walking distance to the hotel. Parking is up to a maximum rate of $9.00 and just a short walk to the hotel. Please note there is NO shuttle service from these locations.

Economy Lot A & B is located on Hollywood Way and Thorton Avenue. Economy Lot C is the closest lot to the hotel and a quick walk across the street to the Convention Center.  

NOVEMBER 3rd EVENING RECEPTION: The highly popular Entertainment Technology Expo -Createasphere Evening Reception is sponsored by AJA Video Systems Inc. The reception begins at 6:00 PM with our BEER & GEAR Bar appropriately placed in GEAR ALLEY. There will be cocktails and a light fun fare served on the Show Floor from 6:00 PM to 8:00. Hosted drink tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis at registration starting at 4:00pm.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
