Doors will open promptly at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 17th. Registration will open at 10:30 AM.

REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: We will open registration at 10:30 AM on Thursday, September 17th. For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup/Speedbadge" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

INTENSIVES: If you registered for one of our Intensive Workshops you can view special instructions here. A few seats still remain for these FREE Intensive Workshops, click here to update your workshop selections.

The EXPO is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. All theater presentations and workshops are located on 3rd floor. Event signage will be clearly displayed in the lobby and throughout the hotel to help guide you to these locations.

PARKING: Valet parking is available curbside for $35 for 24hours. There is no in/out access.

SEPTEMBER 17th EVENING RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO - Createasphere Evening Reception is sponsored by AJA Video Systems Inc. and New York Production Alliance.
The reception will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, offering hosted drinks and snacks. Hosted drink tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis at registration starting at 4:00pm.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
