As Director of Marketing at Atempo, Janet sees major workflow disruptions caused by technology advances like HD, 4K, 3D and digital capture. She is fascinated by the creative new strategies Atempo customers are developing to manage their content explosion, and loves to share their stories. In her private life, Janet is an avid cyclist and budding iPhone videographer with a YouTube channel for her bicycle adventures.

Cynthia Parrish joined Harris Corporation in January 1989. Cindy has spent the majority of the past 20 years servicing the Global Broadcast Market managing the implementation, support and development of software and hardware product solutions. She has been instrumental in defining systems, processes and workflows for the initiation of start-up as well as existing broadcast operations. Jim Sippel
Jim Sippel, Executive in Charge of Production - Programming, Willow Creek Community Church
Jim Sippel has 29 years experience in the entertainment industry (Live/Stage, Broadcast Television and Video Production). Jim was with WCFC TV38 Chicago for 10 years and his broadcast experience includes Production Manager, Director of Photography, Production Design and many other production roles both staff and freelance. Jim is also two-time Emmy© Award winner. He joined Willow Creek Community Church (South Barrington, IL) in 2000 as a producer/production manager to help build their non-broadcast video production services.
