REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.
SET TIME: All booths must be set by 11:00 AM on Thursday June 7th. This will be strictly enforced. Jordan Ryder will be walking the hall at 10:00 AM to ensure all is in place.
EXHIBITOR LOUNGE: Located at Terrace C in room 204 is the Exhibitor Lounge/Green Room/Press Room. This room promotes interaction between Sponsors, Exhibitors, Speakers, Panelists, and the Press. This Lounge is free to the invited and offers complimentary drinks and snacks through out the show day June 7th, as well as providing a place to relax and get off your feet for a moment! The hours of this cool new room are from 8am-8pm. We encourage you to take advantage of this new addition to HD EXPO’s commitment to superior hospitality.

Please be aware that Navy Pier is a very large facility. HD EXPO is taking place in the Lakeview Terrace section:
The Lakeview Terrace is on the second floor off of Entrance #2, Lobby 3 towards the east end of Navy Pier. If traveling by taxi, ask to be dropped off in Entrance #2 at the end of the pier. If driving, park in the east garage and follow the signs to the Lakeview Terrace.

PARKING: Parking at Navy Pier is on a first come, first serve basis. The new parking rate at Navy Pier is a flat daily rate of $19/day. Special passes for HD EXPO exhibitors for $15 parking with no in/out privileges will be distributed at registration upon acquiring your badge.
These passes may be paid for at pay stations located near doors 1, 5, 6, 8, 10 and from the Terminal Building near the Grand Ballroom (directional signage is located throughout the Pier). In addition, you will also be able to pay directly in the exit lanes (credit card only).
If main parking lot is full, maps will be distributed to alternate lots.

From the Southwest:
I-55 (Stevenson Expressway) to Lake Shore Drive North. Exit at Grand Avenue/Illinois Street.
From the South:
I-57 N to I-90/94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) to Lake Shore Drive North. Exit Grand Avenue/Illinois Street.
From Southeast:
I-90/94 E (Dan Ryan Expressway) to I-55 N (Stevenson Expressway) to Lake Shore Drive North. Exit at Grand Avenue/Illinois Street.
From the North:
I-90/94 E (Kennedy Expressway) to Ohio Street exit. Turn right on Fairbanks/Columbus Drive and then left on Illinois to Navy Pier.
From the West:
I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) to Lake Shore Drive North. Exit at Grand Avenue/Illinois Street.

JUNE 7TH RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO Evening Reception will be held from 6 to 8 PM. Sponsored by HD EXPO. The reception offers free drinks and refreshments for attendees. Free drink and refreshment tickets will be distributed to attendees at badge pickup and registration.
WELCOME RECEPTION: We will be hosting a welcome reception at the Wave Bar at the W Lakeshore Chicago on June 6th from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. We’d love for you to come and have a drink with your fellow exhibitors, sponsors, and other Chicago VIPs! HD EXPO is an adult event. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
