Congratulations!  You have been selected for participation in the HD EXPO June Speed Dating with Industry Experts event on June 7th from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.  IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR SEAT, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL OR EMAIL KATIE@HDEXPO.NET BY FRIDAY JUNE 2, 2007.  
 
Following are all the details and contacts necessary for your participation in the Speed Dating with Industry Experts event:
 
1 - Hours – The event runs from is from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
 We requested that you meet 15 minutes prior to the start of the event to participate in the debriefing about the timing and logistics of this unique event. Please meet at 5:15 PM in the exhibit hall foyer area and an HD EXPO staff member will be there to go over the guidelines and answer any pertinent questions prior to the event.

The doors open for the EXPO at 1:00 PM and the event completes at 8:00 PM.  We have a full day, please join us for the other activities including the hosted cocktail party from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

SPEED DATING WITH INDUSTRY EXPERTS

This is a unique industry opportunity to ask a technology/entertainment industry expert your burning questions, get insider tips, how-to and knowledge of future trends. The selected participants will be chosen by lottery through both online and day of requests made at registration. Each participant receives 5 minutes with an expert at which time a bell is rung and participant moves to next expert. There will be follow up time with the experts once the rotation is completed.

3 - Location – Navy Pier, 600 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611

4 - Parking: Navy Pier is accessible via a wide variety of public transportation options and also offers on-site parking. Parking at Navy Pier is on a first come, first serve basis. 5 - Community response:
We have had over 200 people request to participate in Speed dating with Industry Experts, so please be sure to confirm your participation and reserve your seat.
 
6 - We have a full day of panels and workshops.  Please join us  prior and after the Speed Dating event to partake in the rest of the day’s events.  All EXPO events are posted on our website www.hdexpo.net/june.
