Following are all the details and contacts necessary for your participation in the Speed Dating with Industry Experts event:
HOURS: The event runs from is from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
We request that you meet 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to participate in the debriefing about the timing and logistics of this unique event. Please meet at 3:30 PM at the Speed Dating tent on the Oasis Patio and an HD EXPO staff member will be there to go over the guidelines and answer any pertinent questions prior to the event.
The doors open for the EXPO at 1:00 PM and the event completes at 8:00 PM. We have a full day, please join us for the other activities including the hosted cocktail party from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please pick up your badge at Registration prior to Speed Dating.

SPEED DATING WITH INDUSTRY EXPERTS

This is a unique industry opportunity to ask a technology/entertainment industry expert your burning questions, get insider tips, how-to and knowledge of future trends. The selected participants will be chosen by lottery through both online and day of requests made at registration. Each participant receives 5 to 10 minutes with an expert at which time a bell is rung and participant moves to next expert. There will be follow up time with the experts once the rotation is completed.
Experts: Bill Missett, Senior Editor, Laser Pacific Media (A Kodak Company); Cory-McCrum Abdo, Post Production Supervisor (Finding Neverland, Bad Santa, Stranger Than Fiction and many others); Alan Silvers, Director of Business Development, Lowry Digital Images; and more experts to be announced shortly.

PARKING: The HD EXPO daily parking rate is a flat fee of $12.00. This is not an in and out rate. The Beverly Hilton also offers valet parking at the rate of $16 per day. Please mention HD EXPO to the parking attendance and they will honor these discounted rates.
