The exhibit floor will open promptly at 1:00 PM on Thursday March 6th. REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: Because of an overwhelming demand for the education at HD EXPO we will open registration at 11:00 AM. For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

INVITE A FRIEND: If you have any colleagues that would like to attend, they can register online for $49 March 1st - 4th till 12:00 PM and for $149 at the door. Click here to invite a friend.

DAY OF REGISTRATION: will be available at the cost of $149.00 per person. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Valid photo ID is required.

PARKING: The HD EXPO daily parking rate is a flat fee of $12.00. This is not an in and out rate. The Beverly Hilton also offers valet parking at the rate of $16 per day. Please mention HD EXPO to the parking attendant and they will honor these discounted rates.

RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO Evening Reception will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Oasis patio.
