The exhibit floor opens promptly at 1:00 PM on Thursday March 6th. REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: Because of an overwhelming demand for the education at HD EXPO we will open registration at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 6th. For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "VIP Registration" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "VIP Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

VIPs ADMISSION INTO HD EXPO’S INTENSIVES and PANELS - RESERVED SEATING: There will a certain numbers of seats held for our VIPs up until 15 minutes prior to the start of the session at which time they will be released to the public. These seats are on a first come, first served basis. Please show your badge to the attendant and you will be escorted to a seat.

PARKING: The HD EXPO daily parking rate is a flat fee of $12.00. This is not an in and out rate. Valet parking is available for $16.00. To receive this rate, please mention HD EXPO to the parking attendant.

RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO Evening Reception will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Oasis Patio.

HD EXPO is an adult event. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
