REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: Because of an overwhelming demand for the education at HD EXPO we will open registration at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 7th and 9:00 AM on Thursday, November 8. For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "VIP Registration" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "VIP Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.
VIPs ADMISSION INTO HD EXPO’S INTENSIVES and PANELS - RESERVED SEATING: There will a certain numbers of seats held for our VIPs up until 15 minutes prior to the start of the session at which time they will be released to the public. These seats are on a first come, first served basis. Please show your badge to the attendant and you will be escorted to a seat.
INVITE A FRIEND - DAY OF REGISTRATION will be available at the cost of $149.00 per person. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Valid photo ID is required.

PARKING: The HD EXPO daily parking rate is a flat fee of $9.00. This is not an in and out rate. This rate is best if you will be on show site longer than two hours otherwise it is best to pay the hourly rate.
On Wednesday and Thursday, you have two options:
- You may pay at the parking booths when exiting the lot
- You may prepay your parking inside at the HD EXPO Information booth located in the Convention Center Lobby across from Registration. Prepaying your parking will speed up the exit process for all and we encourage everyone to do it if possible.
At the Information Booth, cash is the only form of payment accepted. If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so but must pay at the exit booths when leaving the parking lot. Either way the $9.00 daily rate will apply.
Note: Should the Parking lot be full at the Burbank Airport Marriott, you will be directed to an overflow lot 3 blocks away from show site. There is a shuttle service that is being provided by the hotel from this lot to the Convention Center. The shuttle will pick up at this lot and drop of in front of the Convention Center. Should you park at this location it is mandatory that you prepay the $9.00 rate when entering the lot in the form of cash.
NOVEMBER 7th RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO Evening Reception will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Martini Bar sponsored by Metro Video Systems, Evening Reception sponsored by Network Electronics, and In-N-Out sponsored by Archion. The reception offers hosted drinks and refreshments for attendees. Hosted drink and refreshment tickets will be distributed to attendees at badge pickup and registration on a first come, first serve basis.
HD EXPO is an adult event. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.
