This is to CONFIRM you registered for the RED PRESENTATION in the Main Theater at HD EXPO on November 7th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
SEATING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED! Seating will be first come, first serve. THIS E-MAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SEAT! To increase your chances of getting a seat, be sure to arrive at least one half hour early and be prepared to wait in the pre-registered line on site. HD EXPO, Inc reserves the right to refuse seating to anyone.
REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: Because of an overwhelming demand for the education at HD EXPO we will open registration at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 7th. For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.
Once you receive your badge, you will be directed to a marked line in the Academy Quad specific to the pre-registered RED PRESENTATION until we begin seating for the INTENSIVE.
Be aware: While you are registered for this INTENSIVE, we will begin seating for the wait list fifteen minutes before the start of the session, so please arrive one half hour or more before the beginning of the session to have the best chance at guaranteeing a spot.

RED ONE CAMERA PRESENTATION: AN IN-DEPTH OVERVIEW OF THE REVOLUTIONARY 4K CAMERA WITH TED SCHILOWITZ
From rumor to reality, RED has inspired more interest and investigation than any camera in recent memory. Join Ted Schilowitz of RED at an LA exclusive event to explore the RED CAMERA. RED’S own Ted Schilowitz will lead an HD EXPO presentation, The RED ONE Camera, offering an overview of its 4K workflow. Schilowitz has been part of the incredible two-year development of the RED Camera and will be on hand to discuss the development of the camera, answer questions and screen 4K material using Sony’s SRX-R105 4K projector provided by Key Code Media. Assimilate’s Lucas Wilson joins the discussion to illustrate software options to effectively manage RED footage from offline and online editorial stages all the way through 4K finishing.
Please pick up your EXPO pass at the registration area once you arrive. With your registration/EXPO pass, you receive admittance to the exhibitor booth area and all panels and speakers. You must have your badge to attend this INTENSIVE.

PARKING: The HD EXPO daily parking rate is a flat fee of $9.00. This is not an in-and-out rate. This rate is best if you will be on show site longer than 2 hours. Otherwise it is best to pay the hourly rate.
On Wednesday and Thursday, you have two options:
- You may pay at the parking booths when exiting the lot
- You may prepay your parking inside at the HD EXPO Information booth located in the Convention Center Lobby across from Registration. Prepaying your parking will speed up the exit process for all and we encourage everyone to do it if possible.
At the Information Booth, cash is the only form of payment accepted. If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so but must pay at the exit booths when leaving the parking lot. Either way, the $9.00 daily rate will apply.
Note: Should the parking lot be full at the Burbank Airport Marriott, you will be directed to an overflow lot 3 blocks away from show site. There is a shuttle service that is being provided by the hotel from this lot to the Convention Center. The shuttle will pick up at this lot and drop off in front of the Convention Center. Should you park at this location, be prepared to prepay the $9.00 rate when entering the lot in the form of cash.
