Doors will open promptly at 11:00 AM. Exhibits close at 7:00 PM. REGISTRATION CHECK-IN: For the quickest check-in, please be sure to print out the unique barcode provided to you at the completion of your on-line registration and bring it with you to the "Badge Pickup" area at registration. You can also print another copy of your barcode by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. If you do not have your barcode available, please go to the line at registration marked "Onsite Registration" and our friendly staff will look up your record.

Please be aware that registration/badge pick up is at the 11th street entrance. We ask that all attendees please check in at registration upon arrival to pick up your badge and show guide. If traveling by cab, ask to be dropped on on 11th Avenue & 28th Street (The Waterfront - 269 11th Ave).

SEPTEMBER 25th RECEPTION: The highly popular HD EXPO Evening Reception will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Sponsored by Moviemaker and Film in the City. The reception offers free drinks for attendees. Free drink tickets will be distributed to attendees at badge pickup and registration on a first come, first served basis.

WORKSHOPS: Days prior to the HD EXPO, there are workshops. If you are interested in participating, we have limited seats available. For more information:
